Shipping policy

Shipping and Processing information are described below:
-Orders are processed as quick as possible, taking 1 to 5 business days after received.
-Shipping time does not include processing time.
-Our business days run Monday through Friday and do not include holidays or weekends.
-Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes. Please make sure to double check all orders before purchasing.                    -Janielanie is not responsible for lost or stolen products. Refunds are not given on lost or stolen products. After your order leaves Janielanie we are not responsible for its location. 

Please note some countries charge import fees and taxes on international orders. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers for international orders. If packages are declined or returned back to us, a store credit will be issued for the items returned.
