Shipping policy

Shipping and Processing information are described below:
-Orders are processed as quick as possible, taking 1 to 2 business days after received. 
-Shipping time does not include processing time.
-Our business days run Monday through Friday and do not include holidays or weekends.
-Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes. Please make sure to double check all orders before purchasing.               
-Janielanie is not responsible for lost or stolen products. 

Please note some countries charge import fees and taxes on international orders. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers for international orders. If packages are declined or returned back to us, a store credit will be issued for the items returned.
