Please see our return policy below:
-You have 30 days from date of purchase to make a return. Unfortunately after those 30 days we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please email us concerning your return and we will issue you a return authorization number and instructions on making your return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping is non-refundable.
-Sale items and Specials of the week are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
-Items returned must be in original, resell-able condition with original tags attached. Items must be in unwashed, unworn and unaltered condition. They cannot have any odors such as cigarette or perfume. Items will not be accepted if they have pet dander, deodorant or makeup stains such as foundation residue, lipstick, blush, mascara, etc. Items received in less then perfect condition will not be accepted. Please inspect your item before returning and if you have worn your item besides just trying it on, it is not eligible to be returned.
-Include your original receipt with order number on it and mark item(s) you wish to return. If we do not have the receipt we will not know who the return is from and who to issue a store credit too.
-We will process your return within 3-10 business days from when it is received.
-Please note returns are issued STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTION. We will send you a code via email with the amount of store credit issued. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Make sure to keep tracking number for your records. Return gift cards are good for 2 years from issue date.
-Defective item. We check all items before they are sent to you. In the unusual event you receive a defected item you have 7 days from when you received your order to contact us for a store credit or exchange. firstname.lastname@example.org. Defects must be reported before the item has been worn, washed or had tags removed. Otherwise it is considered a final sale
-Orders that are not packaged with care and/or improperly packaged when sent back are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If they are damaged because of lack of packing care a credit will not be issued.
-Out of country orders are responsible for paying import fees your country may require.
Large returns are subject to a re-stocking fee.
Continuous store credit returns are subject to a re-stocking fee.
We have a limited number of each item so if you need to make an exchange for a different size please contact us as soon as possible to ensure you get the size you need. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your package but cannot guarantee we have the size in stock. If we do have the item you want in the size indicated we will promptly mail it to you once the returned item is received. Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping is paid for by customer.

Changing or cancelling an order:
If your order has not left our premises then we can change or cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible with any changes you may have or if you need to cancel your order. We try to process our orders as quickly as we can so once an order is shipped we cannot change it.
