Return Policy


So If you are not over the moon with your purchase at Janielanie, we will do what we can to make it better.  

Please see our return policy below:

-We must receive all returns within 30 days of the date we shipped the item to you. Please email us that you are returning an order. We are not able to receive items after the 30 day time period and they are considered a final sale. 

-Clearance items are all FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

-Items returned must be in original, resell-able condition with original tags attached. Items must be in unwashed, unworn and unaltered condition.  They cannot have any odors such as cigarette or perfume.  Items will not be accepted if they have pet dander, deodorant or makeup stains such as foundation residue, lipstick, blush, mascara, etc.  If we receive items in less then perfect condition they will be returned to sender after return shipping is paid for by sender. If sender does not pay for return shipping in 5 business days, item will be donated to a local charity of our choice. Again items with makeup stains cannot be returned.

-Include your original receipt with order number on it and mark item(s) you wish to return.  If we do not have the receipt we will not know who the return is from and who to issue a store credit too.

-Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sales.

-Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE 

-We will process your return within 3-10 business days from when it is received.

-Please note returns are issued STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTION. We will send you a code via email with the amount of store credit issued. WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Make sure to keep tracking number for your records.

-FREE ITEMS WITH PURCHASE. If you receive a free item with your order, you must return the free item if you are returning your order. It must be in new, unused, unworn condition with tags attached. No EXCEPTIONS. If you do not return the free item or it is in less then perfect condition then the price for the free item will be deducted from your return.


 Return shipping is paid for by customer.

Exchange Policy:

We have a limited number of each item so if you need to make an exchange for a different size please contact us as soon as possible to ensure you get the size you need. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your package but cannot guarantee we have the size in stock.  If we do have the item you want in the size indicated we will promptly mail it to you once the returned item is received. Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping is paid for by customer.

Changing or cancelling an order:

If your order has not left our premises then we can change or cancel the order.  Please contact us as soon as possible with any changes you may have or if you need to cancel your order.  We try to process our orders as quickly as we can so once an order is shipped we cannot change it.
